These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Only Tennis. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Only Tennis helps recreational tennis players record matches and practices, view statistics, and manage equipment information across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may sign in with Apple to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Only Tennis or the minimum age required in your country.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not attempt to access data without authorization, interfere with the app, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, renewals, trials, refunds, and cancellations are managed by Apple via your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings or the App Store.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant Only Tennis a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy

Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy above. By using the app, you consent to that processing.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account from within the app where available or by contacting contact@onlytennis.app. Deleting your account removes the account and associated data that we are not legally required to keep.

8. Intellectual property

The app, brand, logos, software, and content provided by Only Tennis are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, analytics, or authentication. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

10. Disclaimers

Only Tennis is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the app will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Tennis and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Only Tennis harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post updates in the app and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
