Only Tennis (“Only Tennis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using our iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch app.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple user identifier and, if you allow, your name and email. If you choose Hide My Email, we receive the Apple private relay email.

  • App content you add. Match and practice history, opponents, racket and string details, notes, selected surface, and similar records you save.

  • Health data (optional). With your explicit permission through Apple Health, we read workout-related data such as active energy, heart rate, and distance to give you training insights.

  • Analytics and diagnostics. App usage events, performance metrics, and crash logs to help us improve reliability and user experience.

  • We do not collect precise location or workout routes and we do not collect payment card numbers inside the app.

2. How we use information

  • Provide core functionality. Save your records, sync across your devices, show stats and history.

  • Improve the product. Analyze aggregated usage and performance to guide design and stability improvements.

  • Support. Diagnose issues and respond to your requests.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Health data

Health data access is optional and fully controlled by you in Apple Health settings. We use Health data only to power product features and insights. We do not use Health data for targeted ads or marketing and we do not share Health data with advertisers.

4. Sharing of information

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to host, store, and analyze app data, for example cloud storage and analytics services such as Firebase. These providers process data on our behalf and under confidentiality commitments.

  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security or fraud prevention.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Permissions. Manage Health permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

  • Access, correction, deletion. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Use the in-app account deletion option if available or email contact@onlytennis.app.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or Brazil’s LGPD. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children’s privacy

Only Tennis is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest provided by our cloud providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.

10. Legal basis for data processing

We process your personal data based on:

  • Consent — for optional features such as Health data.

  • Execution of contract — to provide the app’s core functionality.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting settings or requesting account deletion.

11. Disclaimers

  • Medical Disclaimer. Only Tennis is not a medical application. Any health or fitness information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

  • Accuracy Disclaimer. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate tracking and statistics, but we cannot guarantee that all information recorded by the app or Apple Health is error-free.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post updates in the app and update the effective date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice.
